LOGO: NEIGHBORLYNeighborly, a franchisor of home service brands, was named a recipient of Foundry’s 2024 CIO 100 Awards.

The 30th annual CIO Awards honor 100 organizations worldwide that exemplify the highest level of strategic and operational excellence in IT.

“Receiving the CIO award is a testament to our commitment to driving innovation, fostering leadership, and achieving excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of technology. It’s an honor to receive this award and it underscores our dedication to leveraging IT as a strategic asset in propelling Neighborly forward on our digital transformation journey,” Amer Waheed, chief technology officer at Neighborly, said in the news release

Neighborly’s commitment to leading a digital and technological transformation, exemplified by the recent rollout of the Neighborly App 2.0 in 2023, has launched the company into a new analytics era within the home services industry. With strategic investments in IT acceleration, execution of optimizing processes, strengthening business technology leadership and cultivating customer relationships, Neighborly has elevated business value with plans to capitalize on its upward momentum.

In order to win a CIO 100 Award, applicants must demonstrate excellence in technology innovation and share the measurable impact IT has made on their organization’s business value delivery. Applicants are evaluated and scored by two external judges chosen from a panel of more than 50 judges made up of industry experts, academics, business executives and former CIOs.
