Redding, Calif.-based Woods Pest Control has acquired Accurate Termite & Pest Solutions, based in Fortuna, Calif. The changeover becomes official Sept. 1, 2025; details of the transaction were not announced.
Accurate’s technicians are joining the Woods team. This acquisition follows Woods’ strategic expansion into Humboldt County in 2012.
“We’re honored to carry forward the strong reputation that Mike Deck and the Accurate team have built,” Woods co-owner Jacqui Clark said in the news release. “Our goal is to make this a seamless transition for customers and technicians alike — with the same pricing, same people, and even better support behind them.”

Woods Pest Control was founded in 1954 by Wesley Woods in Redding, Calif. In 1980, with two technicians and one office staff, Dean Harmon purchased the business from Wesley Woods. It is currently owned by siblings Jacqui Clark and David Harmon, Dean Harmon’s grandchildren, and has grown from a small local operation into a trusted provider with more than 6,000 customers and 32 team members.
Today, Woods has four branch offices, in Redding, Red Bluff, Fortuna and Arcata, and services all over the North State region of California.
