Arrow Exterminators names Ferebee ‘Talent Acquisition Specialist’

ATLANTA—Arrow Exterminators has added Rachel Ferebee as Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this newly created role, Ferebee will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting and employer branding companywide.

Ferebee holds a bachelor’s of arts degree from Emory University and a master’s of business administration degree from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Most recently she was employed at Agco Corp., where she managed the regional talent acquisition processes.
