Pest professionals can increase their presence with customers (and revenue, too) by offering relief from the nuisance of mosquitoes. This add-on service typically consists of barrier treatments of appropriately labeled insecticides where mosquitoes rest and shelter on the property. Such sites include tree and shrub foliage, as well as under protected, shaded structures outside of buildings. The most efficient applications utilize powered mist blowers.
Follow all label directions, paying particular attention to pollinator hazard and wash-off restrictions. Many species feed primarily on birds, so treat roosting sites.
