Truly Nolen of America Inc. won a Copper Cactus Award from the Tucson Metro Chamber. The Nextrio Innovation through Technology Award honors businesses that are locally-owned (in Southern Arizona) and use technology and information technology (IT) to solve problems and improve efficiency.
Truly Nolen, one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in the United States, received the award for creating new application technology to simplify the application process for job seekers. The technology also helps the company scan the applications it receives more efficiently.

Truly Nolen was founded in Tucson in 1938. The company has more than 80 branches in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. It also has several independently-owned franchises in Kentucky, Georgia, New Jersey, Canada, Puerto Rico and 59 countries.
