Treating for bed bugs in commercial and residential accounts is always a tricky process. Start with proper expectations for the customer — perhaps even write separate contracts for such treatments. Aerosols are paramount for proper control. Use flushing aerosols in the difficult-to-reach areas, and overlay them with residual aerosols. Be cautious, however, because some aerosols smell worse than others. Dust the box spring and super-dry all suspect clothes, sheets and other materials.
