Most pre-construction termiticide applications can be performed during all construction phases — up to and including installation of the site’s final grade. Establishing a thorough and complete horizontal and vertical treated zone will provide pre-construction termite control. Post-construction applications after the final grade is installed will protect the structure from termite infestation and/or control existing termite populations.

Treat along the foundation walls, around pillars and around other foundation elements. Treatment depth will depend upon soil type, degree of compaction and location of termite activity. Before treatment, locate and identify all vents, ducts, plumbing lines, electrical lines and conduits to avoid damaging them.
