Warren, N.J.-based Viking Termite and Pest Control, an Anticimex company, has acquired Eliminex Pest Control of Oakdale, N.Y., founded in 1983. Terms were not disclosed, but it expands Viking’s market on Long Island.
“Eliminex is an important milestone in our growth. This is our third acquisition in New York,” says Paul Bergmann, president of Viking. Eliminex will continue to serve Nassau and Suffolk counties in New York.
Viking Termite and Pest Control has been providing pest control for families and businesses since 1980. Its more than 350 team members serve more than 56,000 homes and businesses in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland’s eastern shore.
