Through its national franchise program, Germinator offers door-to-door, mobile sanitizing services to commercial and residential properties using a non-toxic process. Germinator uses a two-step process to sanitize and disinfect surfaces, and provide long-lasting protection against bacteria that cause odors, stains and/or discoloration; fungi such as mold and mildew; and algae. The first step, Genesis, harnesses the power of hypochlorous acid (HOCl), a hospital-grade sanitizer and disinfectant. The second step applies the Germinator’s Shield, an “invisible microbial coating that protects surfaces for an extended period of time,” according to the company.
