Bora-Care Commercial is applied to all steel, concrete, wood and other building materials 2 ft. up from the foundation and to foundation penetrations during the dried-in phase of construction. It creates a barrier at the structure’s foundation that prevents termites from building tubes across treated areas. Termistop devices provide a second layer of protection on the vulnerable service penetrations through the slab. They are attached to all penetrations once the electrical and plumbing have been stubbed-in before the slab is
