Rentokil Terminix recently acquired Terminix Puerto Rico. This transaction expands Rentokil Terminix’s position in the Caribbean.

Established in 2004, Terminix Puerto Rico has been providing pest control services across the entire island, with a focus on metro areas such as Carolina, Trujillo Alto, Guaynabo, Cataño and Bayamon. With headquarters in Carolina, Puerto Rico, the company offers mostly commercial services. Mark Kitchenman, the franchise’s owner and operator, has over 35 years of experience in the pest control industry, collaborating closely with his colleagues to enhance the pest control experience for customers in Puerto Rico.

The acquisition brings together the expertise, resources and innovative solutions of Rentokil and Terminix, enhancing the overall solutions and services offered to customers in Puerto Rico. Rentokil’s global reputation for excellence in pest control aligns seamlessly with Terminix’s dedication to customer satisfaction and effective pest management.

In October 2022, Rentokil acquired Memphis, Tenn.-based Terminix to create the entity Rentokil Terminix. The $6.7 billion deal was funded by $1.3 billion in cash and by more than 640 million Rentokil shares.
