One could make the argument that ants have the potential to require more tools to eradicate than any other pest species. Unfortunately, there is no “one-tool-fits-all” solution in the case of the ever-pillaging, ever-reproducing and always-aggravating ant.
Identification of the target will guide a technician to the right solution, whether it is bait or a pesticide. Meanwhile, advise your residential customers on daily ways they can help alleviate the problem, such as keeping various household areas clean and watching for access points.
