Bird-X, a humane bird control solutions provider, promoted Tim Coughlin to sales trainer and national account manager. With 40 years of experience in pest/bird control, including 11 years with Bird-X, Coughlin will work on strategic training initiatives for partners and customers nationwide.

Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Developing a comprehensive sales training curriculum.
- Creating species-specific technical guides.
- Implementing certification programs for PCOs.
