WASHINGTON—Under Section 33(k) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is required to publish an annual report, which must include certain items that describe its implementation of the Pesticide Registration Improvement Renewal Act (PRIA 2). It published this ninth annual report on March 1, 2013.
