To help pest management companies across the country that are struggling with labor shortages and employee retention, Evolve YT has turned to e-learning platform Pest Daily to create a series of four videos with implementable actions that are focused on supervisor development. The series, featuring instructor Sarah Latyn, is based on the Evolve YT course “Building Your Team’s Greatness,” and provides implementable actions after each video to try at their businesses. Although it isn’t the complete Evolve YT course, the videos will provide users with key points and tactics to help accelerate gross profit.
