FieldRoutes, a ServiceTitan Company, has published a Data Declaration that invites all pest control and lawn care providers to join their pledge in supporting customers’ rights to their data. In it, FieldRoutes states that if a company decides it needs to change providers, the company should be provided a smooth exit without unnecessary delays, exorbitant fees, and threats. FieldRoutes promises to co-term agreements and, should a customer want to leave, to allow a business to extract customer information and data from the software free of charge, to expedite release of payment tokens without charge, and to continue payment processing until the customer has successfully migrated to another provider. FieldRoutes also invites all pest control and lawn companies to ask their software providers to honor these commitments of Your Right To Your Data.
