The bugs are huge at Ohio’s Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. But that’s because 12 sculptures created by David Rogers are on display through Sept. 27, the Columbus Dispatch reports. The exhibit is called “Big Bugs” and marks the artist’s 73rd showing at Franklin Park since 1994, according to the report. The insects, which are made of natural material such as reclaimed wood, include 25-foot-long ants and an 18-foot praying mantis. Rogers uses “dead wood, branches that have been trimmed from trees and other natural material such as plate fungi that form the wings of his butterfly” in his sculptures. Check out his work here.
