COLUMBUS, OH—Varment Guard Environmental Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of (soon-to-be Dr.) Mark Goodman, a doctoral candidate in the Department of Entomology at the University of Kentucky. Goodman is apprenticing with Varment Guard’s senior technical director and staff entomologist, Dr. Gerry Wegner, to gain experience and credentials as the latter transitions into retirement and a consulting role.
“Mark’s vitality, people skills and his considerable knowledge of bed bug biology, management and general insect taxonomy are impressive,” Wegner says.
