Tuscon, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen Pest Control has promoted Tonya Hmelar to the newly created position of Eastern Region customer service representative trainer. She is based in the Bonita Springs, Fla. office.
Hmelar joined the company in 2003 and was previously the late Truly David Nolen’s executive assistant in Naples, Fla. Prior to that, she was a customer service administrative assistant at the company’s Orlando, Fla., service office.
“I am excited to help develop our team members’ customer service skills into the best they can be,” says Hmelar. “I enjoy working with a company that makes me feel like I am important and that we are a family.”
“For her entire career with Truly Nolen, Tonya has helped set a standard that is second-to-none when it comes to helping our customers solve problems,” says VP of Operations Justin Bellet. “She was the perfect person for this new position, and I know she will do a wonderful job in developing team members who will ‘truly’ add value to the lives they touch.”
