Bee beards. Ever wonder how? Rhett James McLaughlin and Charles Lincoln “Link” Neal, “Internetainers” known as Rhett and Link and hosts of Good Mythical Morning (a weekday show on their YouTube channel), visited a beekeeper who showed them how it’s done. And then made them do it. “A guy named Bill put 10,000 bees on my face,” proclaimed Link at the beginning of the show. Watch beekeeper Bill stuff cotton up Link’s nose, fasten a Queen bee to his neck, and dump more than 10,000 bees onto his chest. In no time (thanks to editing magic), Link was sporting a full bee beard. Also revealed in this episode: How to remove 10,000 bees from someone who’s crazy enough to try this trick. And although this video exposed how bee beards come to be, it never explained why people want to wear them in the first place.
