The Orlando (Fla.) Business Journal (OBJ) has recognized locally headquartered Massey Services as one of Central Florida’s “Best Places to Work.” This marks the eighth time the company has received this honor overall, and the fifth consecutive year.
“It is truly an honor for Massey Services to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Central Florida,” says Massey Services Chairman and CEO Harvey Massey, a PMP Hall of Famer (Class of 2008). “I’m very proud of all our team members and thank them for their dedication and commitment to providing quality service.”
Placement on the OBJ’s Best Places to Work list is the result of an anonymous online survey that is completed by Massey Services team members. The survey includes inquiries about teamwork, job satisfaction, benefits and other company characteristics or benefits.
Those who filled out the survey had the opportunity to highlight some of their favorite company benefits, like the company’s health and wellness program, the annual Eagle Circle Awards Banquet, the MAD (Making a Difference) Team Member Recognition Program and Harvey L. Massey Scholarship program – where deserving children of Massey Services team members receive funds earmarked for their college education.
