ORLANDO — On Sept. 5, Harvey L. Massey, chairman and CEO of Florida-based Massey Services, announced the purchase of Myers Services, a pest management firm headquartered in Dallas, for an undisclosed amount.
“We are very pleased to welcome Myers Services team members and customers to the Massey Services organization,” Massey says. “Our expansion into Texas with a company that has a similar company culture as our own provides us with an excellent opportunity for growth. Like Massey, Myers has established a strong customer base as a result of their commitment to quality service.”
