Brunswick, Maine-based Modern Pest Services, an Anticimex company, has acquired Paramount Pest Control of Boston, Mass. Terms were not disclosed.
Paramount was founded in 1993 and is known as a provider of commercial pest control services in the Boston metro region.
“With the acquisition of Paramount, we strengthen our market position and increase our presence in and around Boston,” says Modern Pest Services President Scott Stevenson. “This is an important step in our strategy to expand in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.”
