New Ramik Green AG is the first federally registered 0.005 percent diphacinone rodenticide in the United States for the control of California ground squirrels using broadcast or bait station applications. While the weather-resistant, wax-free bait is considered a restricted-use pesticide (RUP), it is labeled for a variety of field applications, including the control of California ground squirrels in parks; plains pocket gophers on lawns, golf courses and forest areas; pine and meadow voles in commercial nurseries and tree plantations; and the control of Norway rats, roof rats and house mice.
