The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) revealed that registration and housing are now open for Academy 2025, taking place July 15-17 at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, Calif. This year marks the 30th anniversary of NPMA’s premier leadership development program.
Academy has been a source of leadership development in the pest management industry. This year’s theme invites both Academy veterans and newcomers to the experience.
This year’s program includes sessions focusing on:
- Career progression.
- Internal communication.
- Finance/KPIs.
- Sales.
- Scalability.
The year’s program will also feature small group discussions focused on implementing artificial intelligence in pest management businesses, following a panel discussion with industry experts.
The event will also include:
- A welcome reception.
- Academy Olympics that combine mental challenges and team activities.
- Multiple opportunities to connect with peers.
- The Academy Awards banquet.
Registration is now open. The NPMA recommends registering and booking hotel stays by the early bird registration date of June 16.
