NPMA unveils the ELP Class of 2025

The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) selected the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) Class of 2025.

The Fairfax, Va.-based National Pest Management Association (NPMA) selected the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) Class of 2025.

The ELP identifies and trains aspiring association leaders to establish a pipeline of engaged members that represents NPMA’s diverse membership. The two-year curriculum involves professional development, association training, monthly mentoring and attendance at NPMA events.

Each year, NPMA selects a cohort of participants to go through a two-year curriculum with monthly meetings to prepare them for association leadership. This year the ELP received a record number of applications and the association selected 10 class members to represent the ELP 2025.

The Class of 2025 is as follows:

  • Cameron Yamaura, Pointe Pest Control, PestCo, Clayton, Mo.
  • Dawn Cooperider, Preferred Pest Control, Savannah, Mo.
  • Greg Canning, Economy Exterminators, Apex, N.C.
  • Jason Powell, Waynes Pest Control, Birmingham, Ala.
  • Jerry Omoruyi, Adibug Pest Control, Portsmouth, Va.
  • Jonathan Swomley, PermaKill Exterminating, Flanders, N.J.
  • Lee Thompson, Certus Pest, Tampa, Fla.
  • Scott Broaddus, Hawx Smart Pest Control, Ogden, Utah

The application for the ELP Class of 2026 will open July 15, 2025, and close on Nov. 15, 2025.
