The National Pest Management Association recently unveiled an enhancement to its Workforce Development Program, offering unlimited job postings for all member companies on PestControlJobs.com.

The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) recently unveiled an enhancement to its Workforce Development Program, offering unlimited job postings for all member companies on PestControlJobs.com, the industry’s exclusive job board. This upgrade from the previous benefit of one free job posting per year aims to help companies overcome the challenge of recruiting qualified talent.

“Finding qualified workers remains the number one factor limiting growth for pest management companies,” said Dominique Stumpf, CAE, CEO of NPMA. “By offering unlimited job postings to our members, we’re providing a valuable tool to continuously build their talent pipeline throughout the year and support sustainable business growth.”

In addition to unlimited job postings, NPMA’s Workforce Development Program will continue to offer:

  • The Military Hiring Program, which connects transitioning military personnel with industry opportunities.
  • Professional recruitment materials for career fairs and hiring events.
  • Targeted digital advertising promoting pest control careers to potential candidates.
  • Resources for attracting and retaining qualified talent.

Member companies can begin taking advantage of unlimited job postings immediately by visiting here. Companies that have not yet created a profile on the platform can do so to access this benefit.
