Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, Mo., announced the acquisition of the assets of Sasquatch Pest Control by PestCo Holdings, a TSCP portfolio company.
Located in Portland, Ore., Sasquatch Pest Control is a provider of residential pest control services. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
PestCo is a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
PestCo has acquired several pest management companies in recent months, including:
- PestCo Holdings acquires PestShield
- PestCo, SureGuard expand reach
- PestCo Holdings acquires 5 Star Pest Solutions
- PestCo Holdings acquires Pointe Pest Control in Idaho, Oregon
- PestCo Holdings acquires Romney Pest Control, Phenom Pest Protection
