Formulated with a proprietary blend of polymers, asphalts, additives and solvents, TERM Sealant Barrier can be used for both waterproofing and insect exclusion. It can be applied with a caulk gun or smoothing tool. Use it to seal above-slab penetrations against termite entry and as a component of the TERM Full Bath Trap Barrier, to exclude termites, fire ants, rodents and more from entry underneath bathtubs or mop sinks at ground level.
