Reading, Pa.-based Rentokil Steritech, a Rentokil North America company, finalized a deal to acquire Marysville, Wash.-based Pratt Pest Management. The acquisition further expands Rentokil Steritech’s density in the Northwestern U.S. market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. PCO M&A Specialists (a division of PCO Bookkeepers) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pratt Pest Management.
Established in 1991 by Dana Pratt, who has led the business as president for the last 27 years, Pratt Pest Management has built a long-standing reputation in Marysville, Camano Island, and the surrounding Seattle metro area.
“Dana and the entire Pratt Pest Management team are a terrific addition to our growing family of pest control experts, as they share our commitment to world-class pest control services and customer experience,” says John Myers, President and CEO of Rentokil North America, the parent company of Rentokil Steritech.
