Rose Pest Solutions recently hosted its annual Chief’s Club event, which is awarded to 38 of the company’s top performers. The event was held at Chicago’s Drake Hotel.
Those recognized come from many departments and positions including:
- Sales
- Service
- Administrative
- Customer service
- Branch managers

Rose’s CEO Bob Dold Jr. presented the Chief’s Club award recipients with their recognition awards. The Chief’s Club was named in honor of Robert “Chief” Dold Sr., the company patriarch and a PMP Hall of Fame member alongside his wife, Judy (Class of 2002).
“We cherish all of our employees for their integrity, service and dedication. The individuals recognized at the event this year exceeded goals and expectations,” Dold Jr. said. “We are now a company with more than 175 employees in four states and continue to protect communities from unwanted pests in a safe, environmentally friendly way.”

This is the fifth year of the Chief’s Club awards. The number of recipients more than doubled from last year after it was expanded from its beginning solely as sales awards. Four individuals awarded this year are employees who have been with Rose for 20 years or more.
