Designed to be placed between landscaped and wooded areas, the non-toxic bait inside each plastic Tick Box attracts rodents living on and around the property. As each rodent moves through the box, it passes under a small applicator wick containing a low-dose insecticide. The wick brushes the rodent’s head and shoulders, and effectively protects it for up to 40 days against any new ticks. This process can thus protect the property from the spread of a tick infestation. The system is effective for approximately 90 days as installed, with two 90-day installations that take care of ticks for a full season.
