WHAT: Know your enemy. Identify and understand the habits of the target pests. When a customer says, “I’ve got a bee’s nest,” you must identify the pest. If it’s a honeybee infestation, you shouldn’t be treating them. Instead, contact a beekeeper to solve the problem.

WHERE: Identify the nesting place.

HOW: Determine what material, formulation and equipment is best for the situation.

WHEN: Most stinging insects are in or on the nest at night, and they’re less active. This reduces re-treats.

WHO: Use that bee suit. Safety counts!
