Bill Earl is founder and technical director of Pest Tools, which manufactures the patented Evictor Strobe Light. In late May, he held a free seminar in Strafford, Pa., on “How to Evict Squirrels! Permanently without Trapping” — with his product and integrated pest management (IPM) techniques. While the seminar was aimed at homeowners, Earl notes that his strategy is useful for pest management professionals as well.
