Cetane Associates (Cetane) announced that two divisions of the JMM Company have been acquired.
The Pest Rangers, LLC acquires JMM Company Pest Control Division
Cetane, a financial advisory and transaction firm, announced that Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based The Pest Rangers, LLC (“The Pest Rangers”), has acquired the pest control division of JMM Company based in Bucks County, Pa.
Jeff King, president of The Pest Rangers, commented in a news release, “We’re excited to bring JMM Company on board, it’s a great fit for our team. With such a strong reputation and loyal customer base, we’re committed to carrying on the same level of dependable, high-quality service they’ve always delivered. Cetane served as the sole advisor for JMM Company. Cetane facilitated the sale, marketing the business through a confidential process. Team members Bob Williamson and Barrett Conway managed the transaction.
DKC Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance Service, Inc acquires JMM Company Lawn and Plant Health
Cetane also announced that Langhorne, Pa.-based DKC Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance Service, Inc., has acquired the lawn and plant health division of JMM Company.
